EDUCATION & COMMUNITY CHECKLIST SOFTWARE
Shared rooms, staff changes and volunteer bookings make responsibility easy to lose. Give each agreed premises routine a clear location, due time and person responsible, while specialist safeguarding and care records stay in their approved systems.

A premises checklist can record readiness and visible findings. It does not replace safeguarding, child supervision, clinical care or an activity risk assessment. Tell the reporter what the task covers before asking for an answer.
Show the room name, unfinished reset work and any current restriction. Where several teams share a building, identify the receiving person or role so a closing exception has somewhere to go.
Use plain questions and agreed instructions. An unavailable room or missing supply needs an honest exception and a next action. Review repeated booking-change problems before adding more tasks to every session.
Start with a routine your team already uses. Agree the assignment and due time, then practise recording a finding and reviewing it with a manager.
